Enter PayPal e-mail address and password.  Login

Select Merchant Tools from the tabs at the top right of the computer screen.

Scroll to the middle of the page and click on "Buy Now Buttons"

1.  To begin your shopping cart, select a product to insert into a web page.

Highlight the HTML code
Press the right mouse button
Select COPY
Then go into your HTML web site editor to the page and location where you want the button to appear.

To input the CART button, simply highlight the text that is in the VIEW CART BUTTON text box, view html in your editor and then paste this code into the HTML code. 

You only need to do this once on each page.  However, you may cut and paste as many times as you would like.

Don't go too crazy adding so many buttons that customers get confused.  One cart button at the top and one at the bottom should be fine.
