Daemon Tools
(Beware of Adware)

Note 1:  If you don't want adware to run with this software, you can turn it off during installation by unchecking the box in the search bar.  Daemon was nice enough to inform people of the adware inclusion so that they have the choice to run it or not.

Daemon Tools is a free virtual CD/DVD ROM Emulator.  It works with nearly all common image types.  The newest available version as of this writing is DAEMON Tools Lite Version 4.11.2
