CommandBurner is

utility for 32-bit Windows platforms (95/98/ME/NT4/2000/XP), licensed

comments: Right off the bat what I don't like is having to search
for basic features. I still have not figured out how to look at the
raw HTML code and when I create a table, it does not give me the option to
specify pixels. I am bound by 100%. The DIV function is
difficult to use because the DIV shows up in the code, but you can't see
anything unless you can GET to the code. How to publish is still a
mystery, but I did find the preferences area where you supposedly set
everything up. It did have a nice interface, but needed more basic
functions to choose from.
